Customer service opening hours starting from week 1
The merger between the Unemployment Fund for Education and Science and Erko, together with the public holidays at the turn of the year, will result in exceptions to the opening hours of the telephone service, electronic systems, and reception service.
The Unemployment Fund for Education and Science and Erko are merging and will together form Työttömyyskassa Ote as of 1 January 2026. The merger will cause a temporary interruption in the availability of the electronic service. In addition, the merger and the public holidays at the turn of the year will affect the opening hours of the telephone service and the reception service.

Our telephone service will be available from week 1 as follows:
Week 1: The telephone service is closed.
