Telephone service and payment days during Easter
Easter will cause changes to the opening hours of our telephone service and to the payment dates of the benefits
Telephone service closed on Maundy Thursday, 2 April 2026
Our telephone service will be closed on Maundy Thursday, 2 April 2026. During week 14, the telephone service will be available as usual on Tuesday 31 March 2026 and Wednesday 1 April 2026 from 10:00 to 14:00.
You can send us messages via Otenetti throughout the Easter period. We will respond within three working days.
Payment dates during Easter
There will be changes to benefit payment dates due to Easter. The table below shows how the Easter public holidays affect benefit payment dates.
