Summer is a busy time at the fund
The summer has started at a brisk pace at the unemployment fund. A large number of applications are coming in, but processing is progressing steadily. Here is the current situation.
During week 25 (15–21 June), approximately 900 applications were received, and around 700 applications were processed during the week. On Monday 15 June alone, as many as 364 applications were submitted. This is quite a high number for a single day, but processing has continued at a good pace despite this.
At the moment, the processing time is less than two weeks for first applications and about one week for follow-up applications. There are still 71 applications waiting for additional information. If your application is among these, please check Otenetti to see what information is required. Providing any missing details is the fastest way to move your application forward.

Some applications are processed automatically and go directly to payment, and these are not included in these figures. We monitor the situation weekly on our website – welcome back to check the latest update next week!
