There is currently a disruption affecting text messages related to requests for additional information. Email notifications and messages in Otenetti are functioning normally.
If we request additional information regarding your application, you will still receive a notification by email and a message in Otenetti. Text messages are currently not being delivered as usual.
If you have submitted an application and are waiting for it to be processed, please monitor your Otenetti messages and email in case we need additional information from you.
