Text message notifications are working again
The SMS service disruption affecting requests for additional information related to applications has been resolved, and SMS notifications are working again.
Due to the disruption, some text messages may still have remained queued in our system awaiting delivery. As a result, you may still receive a text message requesting additional information even if you have already submitted the requested documents. If you are unsure whether the message still applies to you, you can check the status of your application in Otenetti.
Notifications about unemployment allowance payments may also be delivered by text message after the payment date has already passed.
Thank you for your patience during the disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
How to enable text message notifications
You can subscribe to text message notifications in Otenetti’s communication settings. At the same time, please make sure that your phone number is up to date.
We send text message notifications, for example, when a request for additional information has been sent to you as a message in Otenetti. You can also subscribe to text message notifications about benefit payments.
We also recommend keeping email notifications enabled. Please make sure that your email address is up to date and not, for example, an email address provided by a former employer.
