Submit changes affecting your membership—such as resignation, joining a trade union, starting a business, or moving abroad—using the electronic forms. Check and update your contact details in Otenetti to ensure you receive messages from Unemployment Fund Ote at the correct address.
Update your contact details
Keep your contact information up to date. You can update your name, address, and other contact details yourself in Otenetti. First, log in to Otenetti. You can update your details under Personal information > Contact data.
Login to Otenetti-
I will continue as a member of the fund after leaving the trade union Notify us if you want to stay in Unemployment Fund Ote after leaving the union. -
I have joined a trade union Notify us if you join a union after being an individual fund member. -
I have been expelled from the trade union Notify us if expelled from the union. Keep fund membership by paying outstanding fees. -
Notification of business activity Please inform us if you start a business or become a full-time entrepreneur. -
Notification of moving abroad Notify us of your move abroad and ask for advice regarding your membership. -
Resignation notice Notify us if you’ve joined another fund, retired, or wish to resign for any reason.

You can report other matters affecting your membership by sending a message via Otenetti (first log in to Otenetti and select Compose message on the Otenetti front page).
