Otenetti

We prefer to be contacted primarily through the Otenetti Messages service. We respond to messages within 3 business days at the latest. Our messaging service is always open

Our member, handle your matters smoothly!

  • Send your messages, questions, applications, and attachments securely through the Otenetti service. Otenetti is the fastest communication channel for our members.
  • Check and update your contact information in Otenetti to ensure that you receive messages from the fund at the correct address.
  • Use the electronic forms to report any changes that affect your membership, such as resignation, joining a trade union, starting a business, or moving abroad.
  • If you have questions about your membership fees, please first visit the section Membership Fees.

  • Phone Service is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 14:00, and on Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:00

Calling the fund’s service number costs:

  • From a landline: the local network rate (LNR) or LNR + long‑distance charge
  • From a mobile phone: the mobile call rate

We record calls made to our customer service.
The recordings are used to improve our services and for quality assurance.

Authority Service Line

We serve authorities and our cooperation partners through our dedicated Authority Line on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 14:00, and on Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:00. The official service number has been shared with all authorities and our cooperation partners.

Other contact options

We recommend using the secure Otenetti service for all matters. If you are a new member or wish to inquire about membership, you may contact us by email. Occasionally, members also prefer to send us mail by post.

It is not possible to visit our office in person. However, you may leave your application and attachments at the Akavatalo lobby during its opening hours.

We recommend using the Otenetti messaging service for all communication with us. If you experience any issues using Otenetti, you can send your question by email to asiakaspalvelu@ote-kassa.fi. Emails are answered within 5 business days.

Please note that email is not secure. Therefore, do not send any sensitive attachments by email. Upon request, we can send you a secure email message, and by replying to it, you can communicate with us securely.
