Otenetti Temporarily Unavailable
Otenetti is undergoing maintenance due to the merger of the unemployment funds. The service will be available for use on 1 January 2026.
Erko’s E-service will close due to maintenance on 23 December 2025 at 10:00. Erko members can submit electronic applications via Erko’s online service until the maintenance begins. After this, benefits must be applied for from 1 January 2026 onwards via the Otenetti service of the Unemployment Fund Ote.
The Openetti service of the Unemployment Fund for Education and Science will close due to maintenance on 23 December 2025 at 16:00. Members of the Unemployment Fund for Education and Science can submit electronic applications in Openetti until the maintenance begins. After this, benefits must be applied for from 1 January 2026 onwards via the Otenetti service of the Unemployment Fund Ote.
During the maintenance outage, electronic applications cannot be submitted and applications will not be processed.

Akava House will be closed from 23 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, and applications cannot be delivered to Akava House during this period.
